Justin Williams (CFTP)

Director

Justin has extensive experience in treasury markets in Australia and across the UK having established several successful businesses in treasury and structured trade finance. He has held senior management and leadership positions within NAB Capital and offshore subsidiaries of the group where he led origination teams, major projects and product development. Justin has worked in close partnership with corporates both listed and unlisted to provide strategic hedging advice and specialises in interest rate and currency risk management. He executed the first commodity hedge for the NAB group in the UK and has worked across various industry sectors including property, retail, transport, manufacturing and services. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Economics (Honours), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment and is a CFTP member of the Finance & Treasury Association.

Ella Hamilton (CFTP)

Associate Director

Ella has worked in banking and financial markets for 15 years in Melbourne, Sydney and London. During this period, Ella has coached derivative sales teams and dealt with corporates across a wide range of industries. She has spent time with ANZ and NAB in Australia where she managed a team responsible for their major client group and had primary account responsibility for the larger industrial clients. Ella has also spent several years in the UK treasury market with Lloyds TSB where she looked after corporates that were active users of interest rate and currency hedging in the UK, Europe and US. These clients were across several sectors including aerospace and defence, retail, food producers, leisure, general industrials, ports and transport. Ella holds a Bachelor of Business Economics and is also a CFTP member of the Finance & Treasury Association.

Katherine Ferguson

Associate

Katherine has a number of years experience across diverse areas of the financial services industry.  Most recently, Katherine worked at NAB for 3 years in a product team managing products and developing new products where product or market gaps were identified.  Prior to this, Katherine was at ASIC within their Enforcement directorate where she was responsible for providing investigation teams with financial analysis and subsequent affidavits.  She also has management consulting experience, having commenced her career at Accenture.  Katherine holds Bachelors of Commerce and Science and a Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment.
