Austock Childcare Fund

Austock Childcare Fund (ACF) is an unlisted fixed term property fund with 27 million of assets. The Fund is retail in nature with a fixed term to 2015 and not open for new subscriptions.  ACF solely invests in childcare property located in Australia and has acquired the freehold interests in childcare centres located in Queensland and South Australia.
